Opening of the “Grateful for You—Co-Creating the Future” Promotional Conference for Non-Oil Product Suppliers
“After sampling so many products, I’m truly eager to put them all on the shelves!” said the manager of the Aimin Road Gas Station under the Chaoyang Branch, visibly excited after tasting and promoting the featured items. On November 26, the branch hosted a non-fuel supplier promotion event themed “Grateful for You—Co-Creating the Future,” bringing together 21 suppliers from state-owned and local enterprises—including Ruichi Group, COFCO Group, Xianpinhui, and Chaohua Pharmaceutical—as well as cross-industry partners such as China Mobile and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
Vendor’s On-Site Product Presentation
This promotional event is the largest and longest in the history of the branch’s annual promotions, with every seat filled to capacity. As a city with a sizable Mongolian population, the event opened with a uniquely ethnic Mongolian dance performed by the branch’s Gem Flower Dance Troupe. The dancers, clad in traditional Mongolian attire, moved with youthful exuberance—shaking their shoulders, kicking their legs, and executing dazzling spins—each graceful turn earning thunderous applause from the audience. Following the performance, the host, staying true to the theme of the dance, introduced the branch’s Inner Mongolia beef and mutton gift boxes to the attendees.

At the event, each supplier leveraged the main venue screen and on-site booths to showcase their featured products through written descriptions, visual displays, video presentations, and physical product exhibits. They also invited attendees to sample the products on the spot, enabling a deeper understanding of the offerings and bolstering the confidence of existing and prospective customers. In addition, the branch office provided on-site guests with “New Year’s Eve Feast Gift Packs” containing sampled dishes, including seafood from Dalian Bay, Dasheng Golden Monkey beverages, Fuxin Yuesai vegetables, and Fuxi eggs, while a tea master demonstrated the art of tea ceremony using Wuyi Mountain spring water and Northeastern ice-source water. During the event, an online lucky-draw segment was held, featuring games such as “Lucky Matching” and “Crazy Racing Shake,” which were warmly received by both guests and customers.

To enhance brand awareness and enable more consumers to learn about suppliers’ products, this promotional event was live-streamed in its entirety. The livestream attracted a total of 500 viewers, gained 15 new followers, and received 19,000 likes. The livestream not only offered a virtual tour of the non-fuel product showcase but also provided a convenient and efficient channel for customers who were unable to attend the event in person to obtain information and ask questions. During the broadcast, the hosts closely showcased and introduced each product featured at the suppliers’ booths, engaging in lively Q&A sessions that helped consumers develop a stronger desire to purchase the items they were interested in.

The non-fuel product promotion event enabled the branch company to fully leverage the platform advantages and customer resource strengths of gas stations across the region, thereby achieving precision marketing, boosting domestic demand, and delivering benefits to customers. The event was attended by the Party Secretary and Deputy Manager of the branch company, leaders from partner organizations in related industries, representatives of loyal customers from various gas stations, station manager representatives, and convenience store supervisors.
