Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university program; 2. Major in Secretarial Studies or a related field; 3. Strong writing skills and excellent verbal communication abilities; 4. Quick-thinking, flexible, and highly responsible.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Under the leadership of the General Manager, assume full responsibility for the office’s overall operations, serve as a capable advisor and assistant to the General Manager, act as a bridge between upper and lower levels, and provide comprehensive, all-round support.
2. Under the leadership of the General Manager, be responsible for the planning, implementation, inspection, supervision, and follow-up of the execution of specific management tasks within the enterprise.
3. Assist the General Manager in effectively managing all aspects of operations and services, and oversee, inspect, and ensure the thorough implementation and enforcement of relevant policies and procedures.
4. Responsible for the classification and submission of various documents for review and approval by group leadership, and for forwarding them to the relevant departments for processing.
5. Assist the General Manager in conducting investigations and research to gain an understanding of the company’s operations and management, and submit recommendations or proposals for consideration in decision-making.
6. Organize and conduct general manager’s office meetings and other meetings, and prepare meeting minutes. Draft and issue resolutions, decisions, and other relevant documents.
7. Ensure the proper issuance, registration, circulation, follow-up, filing, and archiving of both internal and external corporate documents.
8. Responsible for the safekeeping and use of the company’s official seal and letters of introduction.
9. Responsible for handling official correspondence both within and outside the company, addressing incoming letters and visits, and ensuring timely processing and reporting.
10. Responsible for the reception and tour arrangements for leaders from higher-level authorities or sister organizations.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time undergraduate program;
2. Secretarial studies or a related major;
3. Possess strong writing skills and excellent verbal communication abilities;
4. Quick-thinking, mentally agile, and highly responsible.
