Job Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, management, or a related field; candidates with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification are preferred. 2. At least five years of experience in financial management, or at least three years in a comparable managerial role. 3. Thorough knowledge of national financial policies, corporate financial systems and processes, and computerized accounting; expert understanding of relevant tax and fiscal laws and regulations. 4. Strong capabilities in cost management, risk control, and financial analysis. 5. Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, coupled with a strong team spirit; able to perform under significant work pressure.
Job Responsibilities
1. Mid-level management position, responsible for the key objectives and plans within their functional area;
2. Formulate, participate in, or assist senior management in implementing relevant policies and systems;
3. Responsible for the department’s daily management, as well as the management, guidance, training, and performance evaluation of departmental staff;
4. Provide guidance and coordination for financial inspection, auditing, and accounting functions, and oversee their implementation;
5. Formulate, maintain, and improve the company’s financial management procedures and policies, and develop annual and quarterly financial plans;
6. Provide various financial reports and necessary financial analyses to the company’s management;
7. Responsible for organizing the company’s cost management work;
8. Conduct cost forecasting, control, accounting, analysis, and performance evaluation to ensure the achievement of the company’s profit targets.
