The state has approved it—Greater Chaoyang is about to rise!
According to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Liaoning Northwest Industrial Transfer Demonstration Zone has recently received official approval from the National Development and Reform Commission. The zone encompasses Fuxin, Morning Sun Two cities. Going forward, the demonstration zone will fully leverage its resource and industrial advantages to establish a new platform for accommodating industrial relocation, enhance its capacity to take on such relocations, and proactively attract industrial transfers from the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region and eastern China, as well as from international sources such as Japan and South Korea.

To date, the demonstration zone has formulated and implemented a series of supporting measures, including a mechanism for sharing benefits from cross-regional industrial relocation, a mechanism for attracting and utilizing “migratory” talent, and a park infrastructure development fund.
