Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a finance-related major; full-time study preferred. 2. Possession of an Accounting Professional Qualification Certificate and a solid understanding of financial principles and practices. 3. Integrity, honesty, dedication to the job, meticulousness, a strong sense of responsibility, and high professional ethics. 4. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel), with familiarity in conducting various banking transactions. 5. Strong knowledge and skills in daily cash management, bank receipts and payments, accounting, bookkeeping, and voucher review. 6. Excellent learning ability, independent work capability, and a solid foundation in financial knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily receipt, payment, safekeeping of cash, checks, and notes, as well as expense reimbursement;
2. Transfer and account for internal intercompany transactions, confirm receipt of funds, and promptly record entries in the cash and bank journals;
3. Cash handling, preparation, binding, and safekeeping of bank vouchers;
4. Assist the accountant in preparing daily and monthly vouchers and financial statements;
5. Handle all relevant business with the bank;
6. Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a full-time program, majoring in accounting or a related field;
2. Hold an Accounting Professional Qualification Certificate and possess knowledge of finance-related matters;
3. Integrity, honesty, dedication to one’s job, meticulousness, a strong sense of responsibility, and high professional ethics;
4. Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel), and familiar with handling various banking transactions;
5. Possess the knowledge and skills required for daily cash management, bank income and expenditure processing, accounting, bookkeeping, and check/document verification.
6. Strong learning ability, independent work skills, and solid financial knowledge.
