Job Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Marketing, or a related field; 2. At least 10 years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry; 3. Extensive customer base and strong client relationships, with outstanding performance records; 4. Strong capabilities in market analysis, marketing, and promotional activities, coupled with excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; 5. A strong sense of professional dedication and demonstrated leadership potential.

Job Responsibilities
1. Sales management position, responsible for key objectives and plans within the functional area;
2. Formulate, participate in, or assist senior management in implementing relevant policies and systems;
3. Responsible for the department’s daily management, as well as the management, guidance, training, and performance evaluation of departmental staff;
4. Responsible for the organization’s sales operations, including planning, execution, progress control, and review;
5. Assist the Sales Director in setting sales targets, sales models, sales strategies, sales budgets, and incentive programs;
6. Build and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets;
7. Provide guiding recommendations for product R&D from the perspectives of sales and customer needs.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Marketing, or a related field;
2. More than 10 years of experience in sales management at a pharmaceutical company;
3. Possesses extensive customer resources and strong client relationships, with outstanding performance;
4. Possess strong capabilities in market analysis, marketing, and promotion, as well as excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, along with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
5. Strong sense of career commitment and demonstrated leadership skills.
