Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a full-time program, majoring in Pharmacy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, or a related field, with at least 3 years of work experience. 2. Proficient in office software and capable of quickly entering data into computer documents. 3. Experience in drafting GMP quality management system documentation. 4. Familiar with pharmaceutical laws and regulations and possess a solid understanding of pharmaceutical management; candidates with experience working in pharmaceutical companies are preferred. 5. Honest and reliable, hardworking and resilient, dedicated to one’s job; meticulous, organized, and highly responsible.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for production quality management and effectively exercising quality supervision and management functions.
2. Responsible for the development, refinement, and updating of quality system documentation, as well as for collecting, implementing, and enforcing all relevant national laws, regulations, and official notices pertaining to pharmaceutical management.
3. Adhere to the principle of quality: refuse to accept non-conforming raw materials and effectively exercise the right of veto; conduct batch-by-batch acceptance inspection of purchased pharmaceutical products and returned sales items in accordance with statutory standards and detailed quality acceptance procedures, within the prescribed timeframes and at designated locations.
4. Responsible for the identification, compilation, analysis, reporting, and disposal of nonconforming pharmaceutical products, as well as for overseeing the handling process of such products.
5. Responsible for inquiries regarding drug quality and for investigating, handling, and reporting drug quality incidents or quality complaints.
6. Responsible for organizing and implementing the recall of pharmaceutical products with quality issues by relevant departments; and, in accordance with notices issued by drug regulatory authorities at all levels and superior authorities, responsible for conducting investigations into emergency situations involving marketed pharmaceutical products.
7. Assist the Human Resources Department in conducting pharmaceutical quality management education and GSP training for employees.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
