Job Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the guidance and development of various GMP documents for the department under your supervision. 2. Organize production and supply in strict accordance with GMP requirements, ensuring product quality, quantity, and timely completion of production tasks. 3. Supervise all functional departments involved in production technology to strictly comply with all regulations, management standards, quality standards, and work standards, and organize relevant personnel to conduct inspections.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the guidance and development of various GMP documents for the department under your supervision.
2. Organize production and supply in strict accordance with GMP requirements, ensuring product quality, quantity, and timely completion of production tasks.
3. Supervise all functional departments in the production technology area to strictly comply with all rules and regulations, management standards, quality standards, and work standards, and organize relevant personnel to conduct inspections.
4. Hold a monthly production scheduling meeting to address production-related issues, ensure balanced allocation of production materials, and coordinate the supply of water and electricity.
5. Ensure robust safety management and assume responsibility for fire safety and safe production within the company’s production areas.
6. Provide guidance on and participate in the various risk management activities conducted by the department under your supervision.
7. Provide guidance and participate in various validation activities conducted by the department under your supervision.
8. Provide guidance on and participate in the handling of all changes and deviations within the departments under your supervision.
9. Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation in the production area (including auxiliary production areas) to promote civilized production practices.
10. Promptly report production technology status to the General Manager and organize relevant personnel to prepare statistical reports on production technical and economic indicators.
11. Oversee the company’s research and development of new products and new dosage forms, as well as the improvement of manufacturing processes and quality for existing product lines.
12. Provide guidance and oversight for the work of the Power Equipment Department to ensure that plant facilities and equipment comply with GMP requirements and meet production needs.
13. Oversee or provide guidance for technical training activities in the Research Institute, Production Technology Department, Quality Inspection Department, and Power Equipment Department.
14. Responsible for the internal professional title evaluation of the company’s technical personnel and operational staff.
15. Provide guidance to technical personnel in formulating production consumption quotas and establishing performance evaluation criteria.
16. Organize quality problem-solving initiatives and quality upgrades to continuously improve product quality.
17. Organize balanced production, properly balance quality and speed, and ensure that both output and quality fully meet the plan.
18. In leading and organizing the completion of production tasks, set an example by personal conduct and educate production management personnel and workers to conscientiously implement the company’s quality policies and quality technical standards.
